Los ciudadanos indígenas que convivan desligadamente de su territorio y su integridad cultural, social y económica, que no resulten seleccionados para prestar el servicio militar y sean clasificados deberán cancelar la cuota de compensación militar en las condiciones de que trata el artículo 1º de la Ley 1184 de 2008.
