ARTICULO 1 º. Los numerales 2º y 3º del artículo 1º del Decreto 1107 de 1992, contenido en el artículo 1º del Decreto 2495 de 1993, quedará así: NUMERAL 2 . Haber obtenido ingresos netos provenientes de su actividad Comercial en 1993 mayores a $36.500.000. NUMERAL 3 . Haber poseído a 31 de diciembre del mismo año un patrimonio bruto fiscal mayor de $ 101.500.000.
