En las solicitudes formuladas a la Superintendencia por las sociedades sometidas a su control, se entenderá agotada la vía gubernativa si transcurridos treinta días hábiles no se ha dictado providencia alguna.
Esta misma regla se aplicará a los recursos de reposición contra las providencias que dicte el Superintendente.
