El Gobierno traspasará a "Telecomunicaciones Nacionales", por el valor que acuerde con la Junta Directiva de la Sociedad, todos los muebles e inmuebles de propiedad de la Nación actualmente destinados a la prestación de los servicios telefónicos, radiotelefónicos y radiotelegráficos; y para completar el pago de las treinta mil (30.000) acciones de que habla el artículo 5°. abrirá los créditos, hará los traslados presupuestales y contratará los empréstitos que considere necesarios.
