Cuando llegada la hora en que deben comenzar a funcionar un Jurado Electoral o uno de Votación, dejaren de concurrir uno o más de los Jurados que lo componen, los presentes podrán nombrar suplentes interinos, que entrarán a ejercer mientras se presentan los principales que faltaban, o sus suplentes.
