Art. 9.º El poder ejecutivo, al fijar el derecho que debe pagarse por la estraccion de cada una de las sustancias que contengan los bosques de propiedad de la nacion, dictará las disposiciones convenientes para el cumplimiento de esta lei, sin embarazar la esportacion de los productos o sustancias estraidos de los bosques de las tierras baldías que hayan sido adjudicadas o que sean de propiedad particular.
