Los aportes en especie que hagan el Insfopal, los Departamentos, las Intendencias, las Comisarías y los Municipios, representados en activos que actualmente estuvieren bajo la administración de las direcciones seccionales del Insfopal o de las sociedades de acueducto y alcantarillado en que éste sea accionista, se tomarán por los valores que figuren en las entidades respectivas, en la fecha de corte que se acuerde entre el Instituto y las otras entidades con las cuales se proyecte la constitución del organismo ejecutor.
