Iniciación. Establecida la existencia de los presupuestos de hecho y los de orden legal para adelantar el trámite de extinción del derecho de dominio, el Director Ejecutivo de la Unidad Nacional de Tierras Rurales expedirá la resolución mediante la cual se ordena su iniciación.
