Articulo 7° El Ministerio de Industrias y Trabajo transportará igualmente los colonos e indios, que el Ministerio de Guerra tenga establecidos o establezca en los puestos militares a lo largo de las líneas de navegación, y también se hará cargo del transporte de víveres y elementos que sean necesarios para el establecimiento y sostenimiento de esos colonos, mientras estén bajo la dependencia del Ministerio de Guerra.
