° Constituido un patronato local y designado el Secretario, el Alcalde comunicará a la Dirección del Departamento de Establecimientos de Detención, Pena y Medidas tde Seguridad, los nombres de todos sus miembros para que sean inscritos, previa la resolución de reconocimiento oficial. Todo cambio en la composición del Patronato deberá ser comunicado en igual forma. Los Patronatos reconocidos oficialmente podrán ser auxiliados por el Ministerio de Justicia.
