Si en el término de tres (.3) años, contados a partir de la fecha de la instalación de un colono, éste no ocupare con casa de habitación y con cultivos la mitad de su parcela,' sólo tendrá derecho a la adjudicación de lo cultivado y de lo ocupado con la casa; y el Ministerio podrá instalar otro colono en la porción inculta.
