° Los beneficios concedidos de acuerdo con este Decreto, serán revocados y, en consecuencia deberán proseguirse las correspondientes acciones (penales y la ejecución de las sentencias condenatorias, si los beneficiados incurrieren en cualquier delito o estado antisocial ó si realizaren cualquier acto de perturbación del orden público o de la tranquilidad social.
