El Gobierno importará, en cantidad suficiente, las bombas, sustancias químicas y los específicos recomendados para la preparación de las soluciones destinadas a la destrucción de los parásitos externos de los ganados, y los venderá a los interesados a precio de costo, de acuerdo con el artículo 1° de la Ley 99 de 1928 .
