El recurso de revisión se propondrá por el destituido o por la Procuraduría General de la Nación, en memorial dirigido al Tribunal Disciplinario, en el cual se determinará el caso cuya revisión se demanda, los despachos judiciales que hubieren dictado la providencia, la falta o faltas disciplinarias que lo hubieren motivado, y los fundamentos de hecho y de derecho en que se apoya la solicitud. Con el memorial se acompañarán las pruebas de los hechos fundamentales.
