Art. 300. Al principio de la sesión el Secretario llamará lista de los alumnos agraciados, á los cuales serán distribuidos, en el orden de las materias de enseñanza, los premios que hubieren merecido, manifestándose en alta voz las causas por que han sido agraciados.
