En los casos en que se prescinda de los servicios de un fisioterapeuta, de conformidad con el artículo anterior, o cuando el usuario de los servicios lo solicite, el profesional queda obligado a entregar a éste la historia clínica o el registro correspondiente. En el orden institucional dicha entrega se sujetará a los reglamentos de la respectiva entidad.
