El Municipio de Bucaramanga sólo podrá destinar el inmueble a que se refiere el artículo l° de esta Ley, a la construcción de establecimientos educativos, tales como el Colegio Militar Cooperativo, que proyecta fundar la Cooperativa Santander Limitada, en asocio de dicho Municipio, a La construcción de escuelas públicas, o concentraciones escolares, o vivienda popular obrera.
