Parágrafo

Para dar principió a las obras a que se refiere el presente artículo, destínase la suma de cincuenta mil pesos ($ 50,000.00) que se incluirá en el Presupuesto de la próxima vigencia, y en el caso de que resultare insuficiente la partida para terminarlas, autorízase al Gobierno para hacer los traslados y abrir los créditos que fueren necesarios.
