Art. 5° La Superintendencia general de las obras que hayan de hacerse para el establecimiento de la vía pública de coches de la ciudad de Bogotá en lo relativo á la parte fiscal, queda adscrita á la Sección 1ª del Ministerio de Fomento, y será Director inmediato de los trabajos el Arquitecto nacional, quien los organizará del modo más conveniente, dando de todo cuenta al Gobierno.
