Reglamento Disciplinario para Internos. El Instituto Nacional Penitenciario y Carcelario (Inpec), con concepto favorable del Ministerio de Justicia y del Derecho, expedirá el reglamento disciplinario al cual se sujetarán los internos de los establecimientos de reclusión, conforme a lo dispuesto en el presente Código. Esta reglamentación con tendrá normas que permitan el respeto al debido proceso y sus garantías.

ARTICULO 116. REGLAMENTO DISCIPLINARIO PARA INTERNOS. El Inpec expedirá el reglamento disciplinario al cual se sujetarán los internos de los establecimientos de reclusión, conforme a lo dispuesto en el presente Código.
