º . Los servidores públicos del Instituto Nacional de Medicina Legal y Ciencias Forenses que se desempeñen en funciones de mensajería tendrán derecho a un auxilio especial de transporte así

a)

Para ciudades de más de un millón de habitantes, treinta y cuatro mil cuatrocientos cincuenta pesos ($34.450) moneda corriente mensuales;

b)

Para ciudades entre seiscientos mil y un millón de habitantes, veintiún mil setecientos catorce pesos ($21.714) moneda corriente mensuales;

c)

Para ciudades entre trescientos mil y menos de seiscientos mil habitantes, trece mil setecientos noventa y tres pesos ($13.793) moneda corriente mensuales;

d)

El personal de Unidades Locales cuya cobertura se extienda a varios municipios, tendrán derecho a un auxilio especial de transporte por valor de veintitrés mil trescientos diecinueve pesos ($23.319) moneda corriente mensuales.
