La cantidad de trescientos mil pesos, apropiada por el artículo 2° de la Ley 158 de 1938 para la celebración del Cuarto Centenario de la ciudad de Neiva, se destinara en primer término a la construcción de la plaza de mercado, y a la construcción del matadero municipal y su dotación de maquinaria y demás elementos.
