Artículo primero. A partir de la fecha del presente Decreto, créase el cargo de Ingeniero Ayudante de la Interventoría de las obras contratadas con Emilio Gómez Soler - Plutarco L. Mendoza y Ruiz y Mojica, en la construcción de las Carreteras Sogamoso - Pajarito - Sevilla - Vadohondo - Labranzagrande y Belencito - Paz del Río, respectivamente, con una asignación de mil cien pesos ($1.100.00) mensuales suma que se cubrirá con cargo al Capítulo 134, artículo 2819 del Presupuesto de Gastos vigente.
