Articulo 4º En el auto que ordene iniciar la investigación se ordenara correr traslado al presunto responsable o al representante legal de la firma inculpada, según el caso , con copia de la denuncia, si la hubiere, por un termino de veinte (20) días hábiles, mas el de la distancia, para que dentro del mismo presente los descargos y las pruebas a que haya lugar.
