º Créase el Fondo de Inversiones para el Desarrollo Regional del Centro-Oriente Colombiano como cuenta especial en el Banco de la República, cuyos recursos se destinarán al funcionamiento técnico-administrativo y al financiamiento de proyectos de inversión en la Región de Planificación del Centro-Oriente Colombiano según los gastos aprobados por el Consejo Regional de Planificación de acuerdo con la atribución que le concede el artículo 4º de la Ley 76 de 1985.
