Inobservancia de las exigencias . En caso de inobservancia de las exigencias técnicas de seguridad o administrativas referentes a la construcción, modificación o reparación de naves o artefactos navales, la Dirección General Marítima y Portuaria puede disponer la paralización de los trabajos o la prohibición de navegar, según corresponda.
