Artículo único. Desde la fecha de este Decreto y hasta nueva orden quedan prohibidas las reuniones o manifestaciones públicas en todo el territorio nacional que no hayan sido previamente autorizadas por el Gobernador o el Jefe Civil y Militar del respectivo Departamento, o por el Intendente o Comisario del correspondiente territorio. Comuníquese y publíquese.
