Artículo quinto. El señor Ministro de Obras Públicas traspasará a la Empresa de los Ferrocarriles Nacionales de Colombia, por medio de escritura pública, las reservas que correspondan a dicha Empresa, y la respectiva-entrega se hará por el Superintendente General del Puerto de Buenaventura.
