El que fabrique en todo o en parte un documento privado falso, o altere un documento privado verdadero, si de ello resultar un perjuicio público o privado, incurrirá en la pena de reclusión por ocho meses a dos años, cuando haga uso de ellos por sí o por medio de otro.
