Los administradores de aduana y las autoridades sanitarias decomisarán las especialidades farmacéuticas, productos biológicos y alimentos que no hayan llenado las condiciones establecidas en el presente Decreto y los infractores serán castigados con multas de cincuenta ($50.00) a quinientos ($ 500.00) pesos que impondrán los funcionarios de Higiene.
