El Ministerio de Comercio Exterior informará trimestralmente a la Junta del Acuerdo de Cartagena las importaciones autorizadas por el Incomex, así como las importaciones efectivamente realizadas, de madera contrachapada, madera chapada y madera estratificada similar, comprendidas en las subpartidas arancelarias 4412.13.00.00, 4412.14.00.00, 4412.22.00.00 y 4412.23.00.00. Para dar cumplimiento a lo establecido en el inciso anterior, el Incomex y la DIAN suministrarán al Ministerio de Comercio Exterior, en su orden, la información relacionada con las importaciones autorizadas y las efectivamente realizadas.
