El Artículo 11 Del Decreto 673 De 1994 Quedará Así: “ponderaciones Especiales

°. El artículo 11 del Decreto 673 de 1994 quedará así: “Ponderaciones especiales. Las siguientes clases de activos se ponderarán de acuerdo con las normas especiales que se indican a continuación

Los bienes entregados en arrendamiento financiero o leasing se clasificarán dentro de la categoría IV por el ochenta por ciento (80%) de su valor, salvo en el caso del leasing inmobiliario para vivienda, evento en el cual ponderarán por el cincuenta por ciento (50%). Los activos en arrendamiento común se computarán por su valor;

Las operaciones con derivados que cuenten con garantía, computarán por el ochenta por ciento (80%).”
