º Como requisitos académicos se exigirá

Para tercer secretario, el grado de bachiller en cualquiera de sus modalidades;

Para segundo secretario, título profesional universitario. El grado o título debe haber sido obtenido en una institución legalmente reconocida por el Estado colombiano, lo cual se acreditará con la respectiva constancia de registro. Los grados o títulos obtenidos en el exterior, deberán haber sido convalidados por el Ministerio de Educación Nacional o el Icfes, según el caso.
