Aceptar la renuncia presentada por la doctora SAMIRA JULlETH ElJACH DURANTE, identificada con cédula de ciudadanía No. 50.953.886 de Ciénaga de Oro (Córdoba), al empleo denominado Director General, Código 0015, Grado 18, del Fondo de Pasivo Social de Ferrocarriles Nacionales de Colombia, la cual se hará efectiva una vez tome posesión el doctor EDUARDO AlEXANDER FRANCO SOLARTE de acuerdo con lo señalado por el artículo 2 del presente Decreto.
