Art. 4°. Autorizase al Poder Ejecutivo para que pueda reformar, de acuerdo con los respectivos contratistas, los contratos vigentes sobre la explotacion y elaboracion de sal, con el objeto de remover los inconvenientes que tales contratos opongan al planteamiento inmediato, del sistema de elaboracion de las Salinas de las República, enunciando en el decreto ejecutivo, número 286, del presente año (3 de Mayo).
