Artículo primero. Créase una Cámara de Comercio en la ciudad de Tuluá, Departamento del Valle, la cual funcionará con sujeción a las disposiciones de la Ley 28 de 1931, del Decreto 1890 del mismo año y demás disposiciones pertinentes.
