º . La Caja de Crédito Agrario e Industrial fomentará la constitución de sociedades seccionales de crédito, que tengan por objeto facilitar la acción de la Caja en todo el territorio de la República, y que deberán constituirse como sociedades anónimas, conformándose a los requisitos especiales que determinen los estatutos de la Caja de Crédito Agrario e Industrial, y ajustándose a las disposiciones legales a que tales sociedades están sometidas, con las variaciones que contiene este Decreto.
