º. Para el desarrollo técnico de las construcciones militares crease una Junta que se denominara Junta Superior de Construcciones Militares, que funcionara en el Ministerio de Obras Publicas. Estará compuesta por el Director de Edificios Nacionales, el Jefe del Departamento de Sanidad Militar, el Jefe de la Sección de Alojamientos del Ministerio de Guerra, y un Oficial de Estado Mayor, nombrado por el Ministerio Guerra, a propuesta del Estado Mayor General.
