Art. 6°. Toda pensión que en lo sucesivo se conceda, sin perjuicio de ser una recompensa de servicios, deberá ser puramente alimenticia y no excederá de la suma de ochenta pesos ($ 80) para las de más importancia. Las menores o de importancia relativa, no bajarán de diez y seis pesos ($ 16).
