También procederá el Gobierno a pavimentar, con una capa de asfalto, y un ancho de cinco metros libres, la calzada automoviliaria que une la ciudad de Cúcuta, con la del Rosario, hasta el puente internacional Simón Bolívar, en la frontera con Venezuela.
