Modificación Del Artículo 3° Del Decreto 2833 De 2006

Modificación del artículo 3° del Decreto 2833 de 2006. Modificar el artículo 3° del Decreto 2833 de 2006, el cual quedará así: Artículo 3°. La Secretaría Técnica de la Comisión Intersectorial de Medidas Sanitarias y Fitosanitarias será ejercida por el Departamento Nacional de Planeación, a través de la Dirección de Desarrollo Rural Sostenible, o la que haga sus veces .

Parágrafo

La secretaría técnica recibirá apoyo técnico y operativo del Instituto Colombiano Agropecuario (ICA), del Instituto Nacional de Vigilancia de Medicamentos y Alimentos (Invima) y de la Policía Nacional en los asuntos relacionados con el beneficio ilegal de animales destinados para el consumo humano, así como el transporte y comercialización de los productos obtenidos en esas condiciones.
