Mora en el pago de las acciones. Cuando un accionista esté en mora de pagar las cuotas de las acciones que haya suscrito, no podrá ejercer los derechos inherentes a ellas. Para este efecto la sociedad, anotará los pagos efectuados y los saldos pendientes.
