Articulo 50 . Liquidación es el proceso mediante el cual se termina el costo de la obra, incluido el valor de obras civiles y de las tierras, el monto distribuible, el método de la distribución, los plazos de amortización y las formas de pago, con el fin de determinar la contribución a cada uno de los inmuebles beneficiados por la obra o plan de obras.
