A RTICULO 4 . 3.0.0. 1.- INCORPORACION DE DISPOSICIONES EXPEDIDAS EN EJERCICIO DE LA FACULTAD CONSAGRADA EN EL ORDINAL 14 DEL ARTICULO 120 DE LA CONSTITUCION POLITICA .
