Divulgación de fechas de vencimiento para declaración y pago. Para efectos de facilitar el cumplimiento oportuno de las obligaciones de declaración y pago por parte de los aportantes al Sistema de Seguridad Social, la Dirección técnica de Seguridad Social del Ministerio de Trabajo y Seguridad Social divulgará los días calendario de las fechas de vencimiento para cada año, con base en lo dispuesto en los artículos 10, 11 y 14 del presente decreto.

Parágrafo

Para efectos de determinar la fecha de vencimiento del plazo para declarar y pagar, no se tendrá en cuenta el dígito de verificación del NIT.
