amends ley 1708/14

Modifíquese el artículo 139 de la Ley 1708 de 2014 , el cual quedará así:

“ Artículo 139 . Aviso . Si la notificación personal al afectado no pudiere hacerse en la primera ocasión que se intenta, se aplicará el procedimiento establecido en el artículo 55A del presente código”.
