Abrese al Presupuesto de Gastos del bienio de 1899 y 1900 un crédito extraordinario por la cantidad de $ 40,000, con la siguiente imputación: SERVICIO DE 1899 Y 1900 DEPARTAMENTO DE RELACIONES EXTERIORES Capítulo 26- Gastos varios Artículo 221. C. Para gastos imprevistos en el bienio, hasta $ 40,000 El Ministro de Relaciones Exteriores dará cuenta de este Decreto al Congreso en sus próximas sesiones, en cumplimiento del artículo 6° de la Ley 19 de 1894.
