De la prestación de las medidas de atención. Las medidas de atención para las mujeres afiliadas al Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud, se prestarán por la entidad territorial siguiendo el procedimiento referido en el artículo 2.9.2.1.2.8 del presente decreto, a través de contratos, convenios o cualquier otra figura jurídica que resulte aplicable, conforme con los lineamientos de que trata el artículo anterior.

Parágrafo

Bajo ninguna circunstancia se podrá negar o condicionar la prestación y continuidad de las medidas de atención. En todo caso, las entidades territoriales deberán generar mecanismos administrativos que garanticen la operación oportuna y eficaz de dichas medidas.
