EI Ministerio de Transporte elaborará el Registro en el Banco de Proyectos de Inversión de los Proyectos de Sistemas de Servicio Público de Transporte Masivo, de Pasajeros.

Asimismo el Ministerio citado constituirá la Autoridad Unica de Transporte para la Administración de Sistemas de Transporte Masivo de acuerdo con los criterios de coordinación institucional y la articulación de los diferentes Modos de Transporte.
