º Suspéndese la venta de estampillas de timbre nacional de la edición hecha últimamente en la Litografía Nacional. En consecuencia, el Administrador de Hacienda Nacional procederá a proveer en el menor tiempo posible a todas las Administraciones de Hacienda de la República de las nuevas especies fabricadas en los Estados Unidos, las cuales reemplazarán a las de fabricación nacional, cuya venta quedará suspendida en cada Administración tan pronto como se reciban aquéllas.
